Step 1 - Registration

• to do shopping, fill in the registration form

• after its approval, you will receive full access to the platform:
  • after completing the form, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration
  • there will be information that within 24 hours a natural person delegated to do so will grant a discount for your company. As a rule, on business days, granting access takes up to 1 hour. time.
  • after granting the discount, you will receive a message confirming its amount and then it will always be visible in the basket while shopping

Step 2 - Products selection

• scroll through the list of categories or use the search engine to find the right product,

• you will find detailed information about each product next to it,
• after finding the product you are interested in, add it to the basket or call the hotline.

• if the order is completed - go to the basket.

Step 3 - Basket contents

• you will see exactly in the basket what products and what quantity you have selected,

• change the value in the quantity column and click "update" to adjust the order,
• by clicking on the minus icon you will remove products from the basket,
• select the convenient form of delivery and payment,
• confirm the selected options by clicking on the "order" button.

Step 4 - Order placing

• if you have an account in our store, enter your login details and click "log in",
• if you do not have an account, select the "register" option
• enter your first and last name and company contact information,
• to send the order to a different address, select "different delivery address" and provide the relevant data, any additional information about the order processing should be placed in the "comments" field

• If you want to receive a 0% VAT invoice, complete all the fields, check the appropriate box and the final amount will be reduced by the value of VAT
• after clicking on "Summary" you will see the all the information you have provided,
• clicking on the "Place an order" button means the purchase confirmation,
• open an e-mail and click on the link confirming the order.

Remember that registered customers can track the status of their orders in their account.
